Executive and Management Retreats
The Challenge: Your team works well as individuals but together they are not a single coherent force with full understanding of their interdependencies and value connection to the overall organization
A retreat offers three main values:
How to make this successful: (Process and Approach)
Before: Identify the overall objectives, key players, and validate the perceptions of what is working and what could be improved
During: Facilitate and deliver content to support the overall objectives and successful translation of plans to actions
After: Follow up to evaluate overall success of the retreat and provide mentoring and coaching to individuals to assure clear translation of commitments from the event to actions and goals for themselves and their departments.
